## 1. Shipping Eligibility
We currently ship the StudioStream music player to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future, and updates will be reflected in this policy. Orders can only be shipped to physical addresses; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

## 2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the Product, your delivery address, and the shipping method you select.
- **Standard Shipping:** $8.99 flat rate.
- **Expedited Shipping:** $29.99 flat rate.
### 2.2 Delivery Estimates
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows, starting from the date your order is shipped:
- **Standard Shipping:** 3–7 business days.
- **Expedited Shipping:** 1–3 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

### 6.1 Lost Shipments

### 6.2 Damaged Shipments
If your StudioStream music player arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing **paul@studiostream.com** with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided the damage is reported within this timeframe and is not due to misuse.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the Product. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, your order may be canceled, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
